Cancellation & Deposit Policy To ensure availability and a smooth experience for all guests, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% fee of the scheduled service. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100%. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all appointments. Deposits are applied to your final total at checkout. Deposits are forfeited for late cancellations, no-shows, or appointments that cannot be completed due to late arrival. Late Arrival Policy Appointments include a 10-minute grace period. Arrivals later than 10 minutes may require an abbreviated service or a reschedule, depending on the remaining time and the service booked. If a reschedule is required due to lateness, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation, and the associated fee will apply. A new deposit may be required to book a future appointment. No Extra Guests / No Children To maintain a calm, safe, and focused environment, only the guest being serviced is permitted in the studio.No children or additional guests are allowed. This ensures safety, privacy, and the highest quality service experience. No Pets Policy To maintain a clean and relaxing environment, pets are not permitted in the studio. Only ADA-recognized service animals are welcome. Service Adjustment Policy If you need an adjustment, please contact me within 72 hours of your appointment. Adjustments must correspond with the original service performed and do not include changes in tone, depth, or service direction. No refunds are offered on services. General Terms By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all salon policies, including cancellation, rescheduling, late arrival, no-show, deposit, adjustment, and studio policies.
