Appointment Cancellation & Deposit Policy: To ensure optimal service and availability for all our guests, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price. A deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable but can be applied toward your service. If you reschedule with at least 48 hours notice, your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment. Rescheduling or cancelling with less than 48 hours notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Late Arrival Policy: Please arrive on time to ensure your full appointment experience. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling and forfeiture of your deposit. In such cases, a new deposit will be required to secure your rescheduled appointment. We appreciate your understanding in respecting our schedule and other guests. By booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these policies.
